What are we looking for?

With growth and client acquisition being a top priority for us over the coming years, we’re looking for confident and personable communicators to join our fun and friendly 360 team and help source new and exciting tech & digital clients across the UK for us to work with.
Guided by our expert Team Lead who will brief you on both DevOps/JavaScript and allow you to choose whichever specialism you prefer, it’s a great opportunity to build up your credentials within the world of business and have fun whilst doing so. Your responsibilities will include:
  •  xBuild, develop and grow your own portfolio of clients
  •  xMaintain and build relationships with existing and new clients
  •  xAttend client meetings and networking events to become a true expert in your market
  •  xIdentify and attract prospective candidates through a variety of different channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Headhunting, Networking, Referrals, Events etc
  •  xSupport candidates and clients throughout the interview process ensuring they have the best experience possible
  •  xWork together as an integral team member that supports and motivates your fellow colleagues to achieve set out targets
We don't care for KPI's or traditional recruitment metrics of the past, so don't worry about someone watching over your shoulder or checking in on how many calls you’ve made in an hour.
