Salary: £35k to £45k
Location: South Yorkshire (Hybrid remote working)

Now with regular turnovers approaching £30 million and an assigned pipeline of continual business set up throughout 2022, our client is looking to become the no.1 business in the UK within its field and needs a driven Performance Marketing Manager with experience growing customer bases to join them as they embark on an exciting new period of growth and commercialisation.

For our client, it’s not just about getting results but getting results in the right way.

The role:

Operating independently from the client’s parent company (which is in itself a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 Company), You’ll be charged with constructing and delivering a well thought out and effective Performance marketing strategies that maximises new customer acquisition across core channels.

As such, you’ll be highly accustomed to how your audience interacts with products online and comfortable establishing yourself as a key figure within the brand’s paid advertising strategy. In addition, you’ll also:

• Take ownership of a £2m per year PPC Budget
• Independently and in collaboration with others, construct campaigns and ad groups from keyword research through to ad creation
• Collate data that effectively showcases ROI and new customers
• Continually optimise PPC through testing programmes
• Remain aware of the wider industry trends and competitors’ performance
• Work alongside the eCommerce Manager and Product Manager and agree on launch targets and timelines
• Ensure new campaigns and ad copy launch new products
• Analyse reports through google analytics
• Use Google Tag Manager to implement new features and add additional tracking options
• Provide AB and MV testing support on site to improve CVR

Candidate requirements:

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Educated to degree level in a business of marketing field or with appropriate work experience
• Exemplary communicator to both internal and external figures
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines calmly and on budget
• Analytical mindset that can assess performance and adjust strategies as and when needed.
• Experienced in analysing & interpreting data from multiple sources and using the results gathered to justify decisions
