Senior Growth Product Manager

Salary: £80k to £110k (DOE)
Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the UK)

Having established a firm following due to receiving one of the largest ever Series A funding (with Series B already in the pipeline), this cloud-based, AI-powered start-up is making serious waves in the sector.

With a renewed focus on driving sales within enterprise-level domains, the company is looking for an experienced and target-driven Growth Product Manager with quantitative and qualitative skills to establish growth functions across the entire customer journey alongside core Product teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Open up further business opportunities and drive new customer acquisitions using technology
• Support business growth across all stages of the customer lifecycle
• Continually adopt a scientific approach to developing new initiatives that will further strengthen the company’s market position
• Work alongside marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure any products build align to the objectives of the marketing strategy
• Engage regularly in prototyping and test hypotheses
• Create feedback loops for customers and from the results gathered adjust strategies as needed

Candidate requirements:

• Thorough experience working within a similar growth product management role and delivering to set targets
• Excited at the prospect of being the critical link between Product, Marketing & Sales
• A data-driven approach that can dissect the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to product usage employing tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Up for a trying new ideas and learning from mistakes
• Confident leader that can balance analytical and creative needs with design and storytelling.
• Exemplary communications skills (both written and verbal) that can adeptly translate complex problems and manage stakeholders
