Having quickly made a name for themselves in the cybersecurity field due to receiving one of the largest ever Series A funding, this cloud-based, AI-powered start-up is making serious waves in the industry both past and present. In line with their ambitious plans to scale-up operations, they're looking for dynamic UX Designers to join their team.

About the role:

We are looking for somebody with strong organisational skills and a deep knowledge over user research that will be able to adeptly collaborate across departments and create a range of creative design solutions for a wide array of well-known customers. In addition, you will:

• Contribute to the improvement of the brand’s core products
• Work through the entire lifecycle of design problems and ensure insights/results are being used to both help form new products and features
• Continually create deliverables that adeptly show ideas (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows etc.)
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on the improvement of existing frameworks
• Take part in research initiatives (usability tests, surveys, interviews etc)
• Take immediate ownership for the success and failure of design work and initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work


What will you need to succeed in the role?

• Background designing digital products and systems
• Passion and knowledge for the entire product development process
• Confident at building high-fidelity mock-ups of your designs using Sketch, Figma, etc
• Skilled at designing prototypes using Framer, Keynote, HTML/CSS/JS, etc
• Up to date knowledge on all the latest trends and developments in UI/UX
• Natural aptitude for communication across all mediums (written, spoken etc)
