We are on the lookout for a Infrastructure Manager to provide lead technical services to all users as well as input to service delivery. The Infrastructure Manager will also support project delivery and act as a lead in absence of the Senior Infrastructure Manager.

Role: Infrastructure Manager 
Location: Leeds 
Salary: £40k + Bonus + Package

THE ROLE:

• Provide technical support to the IT service function.
• Provide assurance to technical services provided by managed service providers.
• Provide support to the Senior Infrastructure Manager.
• Provide input to incident resolution as required.
• Take ownership of incident resolution as required
• Provide technical support to project planning and delivery for IT infrastructure requirement
• Co-ordinate and support the implementation of new IT infrastructure

PERSON:

• Desktop Windows XP/7/10
• Office 2010/2013/2016
• 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server
• Active Directory
• TCP/IP protocol and Windows infrastructure services (DHCP, WINS, DNS etc.)
• LAN/WAN and Wireless technologies
• Comms room experience, layout/patching
• Remote access support including VPN and ADSL
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes
• CCNA qualification desirable
