The Role:

Reporting to the Head of CRM, you’ll take charge of the rolling out and smooth delivery of our CRM / eMail Marketing strategy.

Help create a memorable relationship with our customers through building engaging customer journeys across email, push notifications, text message and web/app personalisation.

Request, analyse and use data to identify key customer segments and build relevant customer journeys.

Suggest and create campaigns and co-ordinate them with all relevant stakeholders (design team, copywriters and product managers, etc.).

Work closely with the content, social and brand teams; ensuring content and brand tone of voice is integrated into the CRM programme.

What you’ll need:

• At least 3 years’ experience working within CRM and email marketing
• A solid understanding of CRM systems with the ability to interpret data to produce customer insight and make sound commercial recommendations.
• Able to demonstrate a good understanding of digital retention strategies.
• Ability to empathise with particular audiences- understand their needs and build trust for the brand.
• Able to work to set KPI’s, report and feedback progress towards them
• You must have an analytical mind. Skilled in data analysis and data visualisation.
• Strong and proven MS Excel skill- lookups, pivots tables are a must.
• Some knowledge of the health industry would be desirable.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Have a good eye for detail and solid copy writing skills.
